Custom and Co. a Kent based jewellery retailer had a lovely new brand identity, but needed to align these foundations with a digital experience that enabled their knowledge and experience, attention to service, and quality craftsmanship to shine through.
To create a bespoke, and unique creative solution that elevates the Custom & Co. brand in the digital space. A passion for doing things right was instantly evident from the outset, from sourcing ethical diamonds to creating rings with traditional techniques. A clean and precise approach was undertaken to establish the brand online, where an attention to craft was imperative for it to align with greater ambitions.
Shortly after the launch of the new brand and website, Custom and Co. were voted ‘Wedding Ring Retailer of the Year’ at the 2017 / 2018 Kent Wedding Awards. A true testament to the quality of product offered by the team, and when coupled with a strong brand and digital presence things align for the good.
